Dr. Ahmed K. Alomari

Dr. Ahmed Alomari is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology, Laboratory Medicine and Dermatology at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is Board-Certified in dermatopathology, anatomic pathology and clinical pathology. Dr. Alomari attended medical school at the Jordan University of Science and Technology. He finished his residency from the Yale University School of Medicine and fellowship from the University of Michigan Medical Center.
Dr. Alomari is a recipient of the Gold Humanism Honor Society award for humanistic care. He is the secretary/treasurer of the Indiana Association of Pathologist and the medical director of the American Society of Dermatopathology laboratory proficiency testing program. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pathology and a member of the College of American Pathologist, the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathologists, the American Society of Dermatopathology and the International Society of Dermatopathology. His research as a leading and contributing author in the area of pathology has been featured in several publications and presentations at national and international meetings.
