Angie Arriaza has over 15 years of experience as a change driven leader within corporate operations. She specializes in integrating companies that have been acquired, consolidating business processes, and developing talent. Furthermore, she has a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives that significantly reduce costs, while simultaneously improving client satisfaction.
Angie served as the Director of Customer Relations and as a Member of the Management Committee Team of Wash Multifamily Laundry Systems, a private company with over $500M in annual revenue. She was a key part of the leadership that integrated the sales and operations systems of multiple acquisitions. The largest merger included Wash’s acquisition of the industry leader in Canada which represented a 50% increase in total company revenue.
She also led the consolidation of various call center and administration teams which significantly reduced costs while having no adverse impact to the company’s client portfolio. As the Corporate and Sales Administration Manager, Angie consolidated four departments into two which reduced costs by six figures in the first year while improving operating efficiencies by 30%.
Angie is passionate about women in business, developing and empowering talent, and traveling the world. She graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a BS in Business Administration.
